Dr. Sophia Lalani is a senior endodontist at Metro Endodontics in Toronto. She earned her undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from McGill University, where she conducted biomedical research, before completing her D.M.D. at Boston University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society (OKU).
Dr. Lalani is a past President of the Ontario Society of Endodontics and a former instructor at the University of Toronto, where she continues to mentor dental students and residents. She regularly delivers advanced continuing education programs and hands-on courses for dentists across Canada and collaborates with industry partners to advance endodontic education and practice.
At Metro Endodontics, Dr. Lalani combines her clinical expertise with a patient-focused approach, ensuring every procedure is performed with precision, care, and the latest techniques in endodontics. Outside of dentistry, she is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, enjoys playing hockey, and cherishes time with her family.
