New Patients
What happens at my first visit?
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation, which includes a review of your medical history, the performance of any tests required, and an explanation of your diagnosis and treatment options. A second appointment can then be made to have the appropriate treatment performed. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation, if previously arranged by your referring dentist.
Please assist us by providing to us your endodontic referral slip and any X-rays if applicable at the time of your consultation.
All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)

X-Rays
If your dentist has provided you with any x-rays, please bring them with you at the time of your consultation. Alternatively, you can have your dental office forward them to us. If the quality of the x-rays do not allow for a proper diagnosis, or if the x-rays are not recent, additional films will be taken at our facility.
